Well, well what do we have here a 1 million for 1 rev, but you will never have less than 100 shares. Why do that?

Protect every shareholder, no matter what price you came in at. For example 2 investors invest $500, the first one bought at .005 for 100,000 shares they get 100 shares, the other investor with $500 bought at .0002 for 2,500,000 shares they get 100 shares. They both invested $500. They both invested the same and get the same in the end. That was the motivation in the decision.

I don't see the fraud, just a Company realizing every shareholder is important
