Overturning Judge Du's ruling or gaining protection against other generic companies are not obstacles to settlement with Hikma and Reddy. If another generic tries to file an ANDA, Amarin can seek an injunction against them, except do so in a different court other than Nevada.
Judge Du's ruling is not binding in any other jurisdiction. Her ruling is so devoid of merit, that another judge is likely to see it differently.
