marjac, If a settlement were to be reached, wouldn't any other filer have to deal with the 3 year exclusivity of the RI patents first? Furthermore, since AMRN does have some of it's RI patents issued which includes the MARINE label, couldn't they use those patents in any defense of a new challenge?
