labner...I usually don't like to listen to a conference over 50 minutes long...but imo this one is worth listening to... even if you have to go to bed late tonight or wake up early tomorrow morning....The Jeffries patent lawyer did an excellent job of outlining the details to be considered by the appeals court and giving perspectives on the case...He was in agreement with our board attorneys.

This conference call was very reassuring about how Judge Du royally screwed up.

This is a must listen audio presentation going over the nuts and bolts of the legal remedies before AMRN. I feel much better after listening to this presentation. IMO

Just amazing to hear what was said on this call. Many people say JT has lost all leverage and that’s probably true. But let’s play this out for a second.

1) April: File the appeal, then the injunction and hope like hell the injunction is granted.

2) May/June: Flood the airwaves with DTC and sell the hell out of V.

3) 4th Quarter: EMA approval. Is it too much to hope for even broader label?

4) Jan/Feb: Now it’s crunch time as Fed Circuit gears up to hear oral arguments for the appeal. Per the attorney on the Jefferies call, Amarin has a legitimate shot at this.

5) JT already has deal cut with PFE, GILD, JNJ, NVS, NVO or GSK, etc...with valuation pegged to Fed Circuit decision. If DU verdict upheld we get the EU/ROW price of $15-35 per share. If DU verdict overturned we get $50-75 per share.

So on a flip of the coin we end up with anywhere from $15-75 per share in less than a year and right now we sit at $5. Where am I going wrong?

I just listened to the whole recording and it seems “obvious” that Judge du is a friggin du du head.

I don’t know if I have the patience or strength to hold on to this for over another year. It’s been a long 8 years and it should’ve finally been kinda over 2 days ago. But here we are, dragging out the AMRN story for at minimum another f’ing year. God damnit!
