It was well worth listening to. It provides a real sense of hope. Justice may ultimately prevail. Getting the injunction isn't critical. It would be uplifting. I doubt they'll take a chance marketing a generic "at risk". Early next year we'll know who the three judges are. I pray they're into the letter of the law and procedure. Clearly Du wasn’t. Hearing this was Du's first patent bench trial gave me chills. If our high powered attorneys had influence in selecting her they should return their fees.
