I think you didn't read good the latest 8-K filing neither.
They don't speak about notes, they do not need it. In RECENT news it has been said that no notes needed for coming 9 months.

And yes the 8-K filing isn't good, Q1 will be bad, but results of 2019 could show that company is still improving and having acquired profitable HVAC company ( which already has been confirmed via a link to show official acquisition ) :-)

BUT almost all companies are hit in Q1 en Q2 also ( because in USA just beginning compared with the rest of the world )
