Sorry, I reject your overall premise because you’re deliberately omitting one of the key aspects of SOLI that differentiates them from KB: the consultants and board members that have produced tangible results.
Now, if you want to question the route they took, go ahead. I don’t fully understand it, and I’m willing to accept that it was down partially to enrich insiders. Of course, many “legit” corporations enrich insiders unfairly; that’s an entirely different discussion.
But, in the process of enriching insiders they also built a thriving business, so I guess fair trade?
Q1 and q2 will validate their strategy.
