VAST overreach? Nope...

What sort of "business" that actually has a product and business plan sells itself off to a grey sheet stinky pink stock with 100M+ shares in the hands of bagholders, then gets funding from deeply discounted convertible notes to pay off that sale? Answer: no legitimate business would do that, it would be stupid.

Now, add on the extraordinary catalysts of just this past month. Suddenly there's opportunity to actually make a business. What do we do now?

I'd agree, there's opportunity now, but these guys don't have the business chops to make a real business out of it. Not the pyramid scheme guy and certainly not the guy who sold the software product off to the stinky pink grey sheet stock.

And... they now have a bunch of stock they can't sell because it's restricted. Only way out is a buy out, and a buy out will look at the books as they are today with some premium for the catalysts.

Wonder when the last time the software was updated?

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
