One, we have no idea what KB wanted to do with CareClix. It’s perfectly plausible they didn’t have the connections, competency, nor desire, to massively increase their footprint.
Two, it’s clear the the underlying software wasn’t the issue. In fact, the massive growth in concluded deals point to previous management being unable to capitalize. I do agree the last few months have accelerated the process.
Three, you’re completely dismissing the impact the consultants/board members have had on making the correct introductions and securing business. Chile wouldn’t have happened for sure; doubtful MAXIS happens either.
I know, consultants are just part of the OTC scam...except it appears SOLI actually made it happen.
Your entire thesis revolves around, (IMO), a warped interpretation of what happened last year.
