But it is a sell to customers in foreign places, and that really isn't a simple job for a small operation.

Think about it. Really think these buys have the business chops to build this thing? I don't. Review the record.

The good Dr. Korangy sold his software product to a grey sheet stinky pink stock for $2M. The grey sheet stinky pink stock proceeded to raise the funding for this purchase with the typical deeply discounted notes that they all do, and discounted from very low PPS's. A couple pumps and those guys made out like bandits. There is no question these guys were running the typical pump and dump. None. That Charles Scott guy was a veteran of pyramid schemes, so he doesn't have the chops to make a business out of this. Korangy was just cashing out after his software had been left behind in the dust by the companies it was mentioned as competitive with 6 years ago.
This would be over, except...
A pandemic happened, and all of a sudden there are extraordinary catalysts in the business sector. Articles are written mentioning the company because of its past achievements. A president mentions telemedicine as an option, the sector gets a nice overall pump, and because of the good press, there's an uptick in the signups because the subscriptions are dirt cheap. Nice little pump that those guys couldn't have seen coming at all and are very likely unprepared for.

There's opportunity here for business people, but as long as the pyramid scheme guy and the good Dr. are running the business, it'll likely just be a stock sale.

No matter what, when that annual report comes out and folks who've bought the stock at a buck see revenue below a million for a quarter, they'll sell.

What I would not be surprised to see is a buyout, and that's mainly because it is the only way the large holders who are affiliated with the company can cash out.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
