I fully support your idea, this is by far the best one I have seen. I suggest contact amrn thru somebody with some experience, me not.

My discussion in my last post will add leverage to your plan to force them take the deal. They cannot backdoor reduce it, because amrn won’t ad reduce it, it does not exist.

Also, I would suggest bundle with Teva first, meaning give out half mkt, lucky day for Teva I guess. Your original way is like bluffing, Hikma won’t fall to that.
