Second, there are at least 25 patents remaining in Amarin's portfolio, many of which are composition or method patents containing limitations far different from the 6 patents asserted in Reno suit. What suit do you think TEVA settled? Do you know the terms of that settlement agreement? Do those terms immunize Teva[or anyone else for that matter] from any suit to be brought by Amarin in the future?
