I'm not sure the 9 remaining employees of LQMT-USA have the ability to design anything. If they do, they don't have the ability to make them unless they can get Eutectix or Yihao, our contract manufacturer in China to make them. That will happen only if Li wants it to happen, and I'm not sure that's the case.

f it's selling in Europe doesn't the PLA claim we, LQMT USA, receive royalties on those sales?

No. Absolutely not. The PLA doesn't say anything regarding royalties for sales in Europe or the USA.
