The “relationship” is already clearly defined. It’s only because of baseless allegations on this board that there have been any questions.
TDOC, as has been pointed out NUMEROUS times, has the exact same setup.
The PC, not LLC, has the doctor liability portion that provides the medical expertise so that the telemedicine company can’t be sued for malpractice.
As for the share issuances, I agree that I want to see transparency.
