The 10K should clearly define the relationship between this company and its "partners," including the private LLC set up by a couple of the company officers. It should provide some detail about the product and sources of revenue, with some clarity regarding fee structure. It may be just a software product/SAAS, it may be "telemedicine," it may be both, it may be something different. And, we should know how the company defines a "user."
And, of course, I'd expect more detail as to how the O/S doubled, who got the stock, what funding the company got for the stock, how much they paid per share (vs the PPS at the time), what it was used for, etc.
It is the clarity that all investors should want rather than hyped up numbers based on whatever the company has defined a "user" as.
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
