It really depends on what the CEO wants to do. The last correspondence I've had with the CEO stated that they were looking for funds to become current again. I do not know anything else.
If they are able to sell face masks at this time, they would generate some significant funds and bring the stock back up.

It should be very easy for OCLG (773M shares Small OS) to hit 0.0013 based on the majority of its peer's rally performance records. For example FONU just soared 10-Bagger from the Same Bottom 0.0001 to 0.0010 with much much higher OS (1.02B shares) and float (985M shares) counts!
The key question for us is: have all the weak hands sold out all their shares at 0.0001 or not? Once that is done OCLG can hit 0.001x within just a couple of days...
