It should be very easy for OCLG (773M shares Small OS) to hit 0.0013 based on the majority of its peer's rally performance records. For example FONU just soared 10-Bagger from the Same Bottom 0.0001 to 0.0010 with much much higher OS (1.02B shares) and float (985M shares) counts!

The key question for us is: have all the weak hands sold out all their shares at 0.0001 or not? Once that is done OCLG can hit 0.001x within just a couple of days...
