Why did Carter allow UOIP be suspended and revoked - then go through the rigors of being reinstated.

Only a couple of companies that were revoked have come back to trading - there isn't any reason for Carter to start trading again.

What has Sharp accomplished without Erich Spangenberg?

Carter has never communicated with shareholders.
