I contacted him for another patent play I'm in, we didnt discuss uoip except for the fact I'm a shareholder. He seems like a good guy and in business to do the right thing.

Everything Billy has accomplished is text book. He took over Robs shell in order to liquidate investors and have access to public markets if needed.

IMO winning the lawsuit will create X value for our patent. Then our X will be valued at X times our PE ratio. Having the public shell would create much more value for all involved. Lets not forget about shorty. We open for trading and shorty is toast!!! That's how I see it.
