The market hates this stock. That has been painfully obvious since the audit debacle was in full swing. Our only real hope is 2019 audit with good numbers, uplist, and real expansion. Until then, we'll continue to decline. And seeing those big tickets items are likely months away, we'll see sub 0.01 IMO.

Announcing Hard Deadline for first four cafes by S&L, inc. in conjunction with selling actual NEW large wholesale orders by S&L Publishing SAS And announcement of hiring of an entity with actual extensive experience in construction, buildouts, and renovations like the following example
Followed by actual execution in a timely manner

CEO should hold himself accountable for failures, eat humble pie, resign and hire a couple of competent CEOs

And get the FY19 Audit done by next week....lol

The audit should have been completed and filed back in October 2019

The audit debacle is all on CEO

What's gonna move this stock?

If today's Tweets with great news and numbers led to a 15% price decline, how can we be hopeful that news from the Expansion Team is going to drive up the price. Nothing seems to be having a positive effect on share price here.

Perhaps we need to keep pressing here every day on the need to complete the 2019 Audit ASAP or, at the very least, announce new auditors.

Comments welcome.

Conspicuous in it's absence was the zero mention of Guelph and Tucson. That last tweet pissed me off, "negotiating with two existing board game cafes in Manitoba and Ontario." Yet two more prospective locations announced after dozens like them before disappeared, never to be heard from again. It's sad now. The YOY cafe numbers were the first positive thing I've seen in a long time, that was awesome. But I can't see how anyone that has been following this company for the last few years would give anymore than a derisive snort when hearing of a new cafe "negotiation".

Serious question... Why can't these guys get ANYTHING done re: cafe openings? The Guelph one is a real head-scratcher. Two city councilmen owned it, so licenses and permits were already in place, easily and ready to be transferred you'd think. That was the beauty of Guelph: up and running already with two city representatives eager and willing to get you going. But here we are over 5 months later. It just doesn't make sense.

I'd love to hear some cogent, logical thoughts from others on why they can't even get an existing cafe open.

And, yes, I agree with nothing will move this stock up without audited numbers. The company's word is without value at this point when it comes to anything regarding cafe openings.
