IMO, I think Tempe and Tucson are privately held. No Definitive Material Agreement filed for that partnership where 7 cafes were allegedly fully financed by private investors.

Guelph (aka, The BoardRoom) does not appear to be an acquisition. Maybe a merger where S&L Inc. gets a management fee and a fee for using Snakes & Lattes trademark name. There is no evidence that MacKinnon or Goller got paid cash or common shares in FY20Q1 financials

And, the new word being used in most recent tweet is “conversion”. WTF does that mean?

Conspicuous in it's absence was the zero mention of Guelph and Tucson. That last tweet pissed me off, "negotiating with two existing board game cafes in Manitoba and Ontario." Yet two more prospective locations announced after dozens like them before disappeared, never to be heard from again. It's sad now. The YOY cafe numbers were the first positive thing I've seen in a long time, that was awesome. But I can't see how anyone that has been following this company for the last few years would give anymore than a derisive snort when hearing of a new cafe "negotiation".

Serious question... Why can't these guys get ANYTHING done re: cafe openings? The Guelph one is a real head-scratcher. Two city councilmen owned it, so licenses and permits were already in place, easily and ready to be transferred you'd think. That was the beauty of Guelph: up and running already with two city representatives eager and willing to get you going. But here we are over 5 months later. It just doesn't make sense.

I'd love to hear some cogent, logical thoughts from others on why they can't even get an existing cafe open.

And, yes, I agree with nothing will move this stock up without audited numbers. The company's word is without value at this point when it comes to anything regarding cafe openings.

It was a fully functional revenue generating game cafe. Real head scratcher for sure. Particularly considering its STILL not open.

The last tweet made me happy. Guelph and Tuscon have already been covered. They are moving along. Final permits in for approval. Pretty straightforward. I like to hear about more growth and scale.

Guelpth is not a head scratcher by any means. You have to redo archtechtual plans, get the approved and resubmit. Planning design permitting construction all take time. This is a large transformation. That statement was incredibly dismissive with regards to what the reality is for the process.

Plenty of things can move the stock price.

Shure it does. AMFE/FUNN is BROKE and it CONtinues to run endless OPERATING LOSSES every Q. And it's carrying-over a $1.78M Accounts Payable balance that it owes every Q.

And the tiny Guelph cafe has been closed since August 2019, which is seven (7) months ago or nearly so.

But why even bother with that tine, non-expandable joynt when it was already getting slaughtered by Guelph's premier games cafe, The Roundtable.

There is no munny to actually build/remodel Guelph and Tucson, butt the meter is running for rent (from August 2019 for Guelph and from May 2019 for Tucson).
