It appears to me that Cool Tech and its CEO were outsmarted once again; not a difficult task. It is crystal clear that CoolTech received a non-exclusive license to FirmGreen/Verdewatts patents and FirmGreen/Verdewatts received a non-exclusive license to CoolTech patents and that neither party pays royalties to the other! Unfortunately, that is the plain language of the 8K filing and shareholder letter. And think of the conflict of interest; Wilburn comes on to the board of directors and then negotiates with Hassett where there is a clear cut conflict! Are Wilburn's loyalties to CoolTech or FirmGreen/Verdewatts?
