Your right we will definitely not get any $$ per unit sold, but that doesn't mean we won't collect any $$ for VerdeWatts use of MG technology. The difference between license and royalty is as follows: "A license is an agreement between two parties for using someone's property without paying any money for it, whereas royalty is paying an agreed fee each time he/she use the owners asset."

What I don't get is the "which" in the phrase "...a royalty free non-exclusive license to certain patents which license is subject to certain future negotiation". It reads as if there are boiler plate licenses' that can be selected for use and they are not sure which one. I would think licenses are written from scratch for each purpose.
