Informing shareholders is necessary to keep any company alive, although CoolTech has been on life support for years. Without information from the company as to progress and potential there would be no shareholders, short or long.
You posts seem intended to express dissatisfaction with shareholders for not reacting to news in a manner you would like and to provide excuses for the company as to why they are still without revenue (not to mention sub-penny). A some point without revenue an investor has to look at their investment and tell ourselves it was a bad investment. I am there now, but their PRs I occasionally get a glimmer of hope that it can turn around.
I do agree that FrimGreen/Verdewatts information seems on the surface to have been helpful information, but if we do not get any $$ or hardly any $$ from those sales, they will have been misleading to investors in CoolTech. We need to know more about the potential financial impact to CoolTech of those sales.
