* On March 19, 2012 WMI's Plan 7 Allowed for WMI to Reorganize Into WMI Holdings Corp.

* On May 11, 2015 the Certificate of Merger of WMI Holdings Corp. (a Washington corporation) with and into WMIH Corp. (a Delaware corporation) as filed with the Secretary of State for the State of Delaware.

* On February 12, 2018, WMIH, Wand Merger Corporation, a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of WMIH (“Merger Sub”), and Nationstar entered into that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”).

* On July 31, 2018, Merger Sub merged with and into Nationstar, resulting in Nationstar becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of WMIH (the “Merger”).

* As Stated To The Present Tense; "WMIH" is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware since May 11, 2015. WMIH is the direct parent of Nationstar and WMMRC.
