yes- i am all caught up now- lots of variables here-

see that the 3.1 and wifi modems are uninfringing-

that lawyer fees will be included in any settlement and that its thought the inventors have shares or would get some percentage of billy's?

still feeling safe w .50 as a minimum based on expert valuation - and the likely number of infringing modems out there

heck lets just say for sure then .25 is the rock bottom floor for the value of our shares and i'm happy

as would still be my biggest stock windfall ever.

Just remember if we just look at one year with a minimum of 40 million infringing units equals $168 million in damages x 7 (2012 to 2018)= $1.176B in damages using the .28 figure. We will be fine with that.
