Only docsis 3.0 modems are covered, they were released in 2013 and while they have gained momentum in recent years, docsis 3.0 are still being used regularly. I just got one from Comcast in January, so you have to be careful with that 50mm number because we just don’t know if that’s accurate. I think it’s a fair estimate for 2012-2016, but the last 4 years where 3.1 has become more prevalent needs to be considered when doing our estimations. That being said, it’s been clarified here that we’re suing for lawyers fees on top of damages too. Also, from what has been stated, all shares are common. So the inventors and Billy all have the same shares as you or I, they get .50/share, so do you. But a lot of that depends on what they do with the company after this is all done. If they keep it private, I don’t know if they’re required to pay out a dividend. In a perfect world, they pay out an even dividend, we all wash our hands and go out separate ways, but, I have a feeling it’s going to be more complicated than that.
