EXACTLY and CONFIRMED..."Dr. Lee HAS CONFIRMED that the Company HAS transferred its business (1,400 SHAREHOLDERS SHARES) to its subsidiary SAEAN EV (EMPM), a US-based OTC-listed subsidiary (LINK)."

He (DR. LEE) also said, “We will transfer the business rights to Saean EV.EMPM, a subsidiary of Saean" (LINK).

Saean Corp. has exchanged 96% of its domestic shares with its US headquarters in connection with its relocation to the US headquarters. The remaining 4% of the remaining shares will be completed by the end of this month to complete the entire equity exchange. (LINK)
