Put up that whole translation.

It says they're transferring the Battery Environment Management System to their subsidiary EMPM, not the rest of the company.

And they've exchanged 96% of their shares with the US "headquarters..."

Saean, Inc., the US "Parent" company, has 200M shares. Look it up on the NVSOS website. Why would the shareholders who own 100% of the equity in the parent company settle for 65% of the equity of EMPM in exchange, sharing with bagholders of a dead business????

EMPM is an empty shell company that Saean, Inc., bought stock in. That's it.
