Also, Saean spent $350,000 USD to acquire 64.78% of EMPM shell and then loaned EMPM $905,000 USD through promissory notes, but $300K like you mentioned, according to the filings. Not only Saean has spent $1.25M on EMPM, they have loaned another $125,000 to EMPM for their new retail space in Vegas. In total Saean Group has spent $1.38M already on EMPM......

No worries.... everyone knows a merger starts off with an empty shell. A lot of us have been here holding and accumulating since .02 last June and continue to hold. It’s already 12x our investment so far. And it’s only the beginning. $_$.

110% Incorrect and Confirmed by Dr. LEE...

Dr. Lee HAS CONFIRMED that the Company HAS transferred its business (1,400 SHAREHOLDERS SHARES) to its subsidiary SAEAN EV (EMPM), a US-based OTC-listed subsidiary (LINK).

He (DR. LEE) also said, “We will transfer the business rights to Saean EV.EMPM, a subsidiary of Saean" (LINK).

Saean Corp. has exchanged 96% of its domestic shares with its US headquarters in connection with its relocation to the US headquarters. The remaining 4% of the remaining shares will be completed by the end of this month to complete the entire equity exchange. (LINK)
