You do not own the Saean Group. Saean, Inc., a private Nevada corporation, bought controlling interest in Empire Post Media, Inc (EMPM), and made it a control subsidiary of Saean, Inc. The distinction is important, because shareholders of EMPM do not own shares of Saean, Inc. Doesn't matter one iota they're changing the name of EMPM to Saean Industries, Inc.

EMPM is a publicly trading subsidiary of Saean, Inc. EMPM is an empty shell company, no business operations whatsoever, and that's what everybody owns stock in. It has nothing other than $300k Saean, Inc., loaned it according to the financial reports.

You do not own stock in the EV business plastered all over. That EV business owns stock in this company and controls it. That's what the 8K says, read it for yourself.
