The Plan of Record, once called the the Plan of Reorganization, includes a court ordered dividend distribution based on the fact that it is fair and reasonable treatment.
If companies can form, accumulate wealth, and later design their own bankruptcy without sharing with stockholders, that will damage our American hope's and dreams.... kind of like hotmeat and its mindset - rotten and selfish.
And Wall Street individuals continue to shear the sheep by gaming the SEC system.
