Whether one takes these recounted calls extremely seriously or not, I don’t, despite respect for all involved. I think people bring their own understanding to every conversation and that can be limiting... However, in my view, they really should actually avoid these calls despite the fact that clearly there are campaigns that would drive down the stock if they refused the calls.

Most other companies I am in do NOT have calls like this recounted on bulletin boards... which is why I find them basically hard to trust. And I do not have my own calls because 1) I do not want to have any information that might not be public, even if by mistake; and 2) I think conversations like these are usually not as informative as the bulletin boards often imply, if you’re listening carefully enough to hear conditioning and other careful language that should surround them.

So Less is either a liar or an idiot or both. The guidance does not magically wipe out the potential of confoundment due to crossover.

Well, I take Les to mean that if crossover is confounded, historical comparisons can be used. Both cross-trial comparisons, and from the well-documented normal course of the disease in wider clinical practice.

The treatment to treatment comparison between Optune and L is the obvious one. And which patient would choose to wear the device 18hrs every day, when the alternative was to call in at Outpatient's for a quick jab.
