I believe it will be a step by step approach in getting to the NASDAQ China Cat.

The first step, when we can maintain a SP of .01 or above, would be to upgrade to the OTCQB Exchange.

Step #2 would be to the OTCQX Exchange when we can maintain $1 or above.

The NASDAQ has a $4 SP requirement with a few exceptions.

With each step up the Exchange Ladder a new pool of possible investors is opened up as there are those who won't invest in the Pink Sheets, won't invest in the OTCQB, ect.
