I believe what you stated is all accurate.

In addition, there are trading volume requirements to qualify for NASDAQ and additional volume requirements to remain on NASDAQ. It is these requirements that concern me because it would take an extraordinary market cap with the right amount of OS to remain on NASDAQ (assuming BIEL can ever get there in the first place).

.....and more requirements that neither of us have mentioned. I don't know if BIEL can keep in compliance. They've only proved otherwise.

You left out one important item, a RS will be needed before we go anywhere. It will be a big one. Investors want no part of this bloated share structure. That’s why there is no interest. JMHO GLTA
