Just remember when you are going into this ... it was WMI that Settled With The FDIC for the wrongful taking of its property WMB, and then the selling of that WMI Owned property (WMB) without a proper accounting (reference docket # 5885, and 9901 respectfully) ... We’ were NOT involved, We’ were only the buyers of the WMI’ products it sold ... there are many that have difficulty with that distinction ...
