One of the problems here is that equity was a creditor of the property.......creditors do have to be paid..........look for an screwjob here.....

Thanks AZ...guess I'm looking on the wrong FDIC site. It was last updated 9/25/17.

The only settlement it references is between JPM and DB.

It also has this:
"The Receiver anticipates that it will make a final distribution at a later date. It is unlikely that the Receiver will have sufficient funds to distribute to holders of receivership certificates issued to WAMU subordinate note holders or equity holders."

I got this here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20171012140036/https://www.fdic.gov/bank/individual/failed/wamu-settlement.html

Is there a different FDIC site I should be going to to get more updated info?

You are right we were not involved, this was between the Trust and JPMC and while equity started with 20 billion in claim of assets being taken, trust will settle for 0-millions on the claim......Kostouros knowing that the assets are worth more.......still trust sold equity out of any money coming back......

Any and all distributions on account of the
Trustee Allowed Claim will be made by the FDIC~Receiver to the Trustee as and when the
FDIC-Receiver makes distributions to other general unsecured creditors holding allowed claims
. in the WMB Receivership Estate.
