Actually if one reads the document is says DBMM was guilty but the punishment didn't fit the crime. Since that point the punishment has been a banishment to the Expert Market where DBMM will now call its permanent home. There is no going back to pink at this point, the judge's ruling is for DBMM to trade on the Expert Market.

The decision was NOT in their favor!

DBMM was found GUILTY AS CHARGED! That is NOT subject to debate.

What they "won" was that they were not revoked as punishment...

THAT is what the petition is about... that the punishment for failing to file was not consistent with historical precedent!
