Since when is using "IMO" and the word "probably" speaking in absolutes? You can disagree with my opinion, but calling it "100% unpasteurized FUD" is uncalled for, along with being inaccurate. To top it off, I never said anything about the odds of an appeal succeeding - that was not even part of this thread, which was "make a prediction about what you think will happen to the pps after a decision is announced". Chill out dude.

Marjac. Interesting analysis but will disagree on 1 pt ... It’s certainly not the dumbest thing ever posted on this board .
2014. ... AMRN briefly traded under $1 where in some posters claimed we were about to be delisted . JT then did an open market buy ... only 5,000 shares but enough to get media attention and stock soon traded once again over $1 .

There have been plenty like the above over the years . ...imagine AMRN being delisted from the Naz ?

Few here have your legal experience so a certain amount of leeway on such matters might be advisable
