What would be the incentive for a short delay? I mean difference between settlement or a trial win is not that great time wise (assuming judge moves quickly)

KG- It’s not a little conspiracy theory...what you claim is BP or Supplements are purposely paying generics to keep the lawsuit live. This would be a blatant violation of antitrust laws and would stop any legal M&A. Amarin should be 100% prepared to GIA indefinitely, especially after today’s John LaMattina comments.
