This would be a blatant violation of antitrust laws

Yup! But who's gonna prosecute? SEC, FBI, Nadler and the House of Reps?

Haha!

End of day trading tomorrow should be interesting. IMO...if it stays close to where it's at and doesn't touch $21...then the trial is on. Otherwise...if the pps touches or betters $21...more than likely Settlement over weekend or Monday early.

All is JMO...

Most likely there isn't going to be a BO offer until the Patent litigation is resolved. And the expanded label was just approved a few weeks ago. What's with this BP must not be interested in Amarin because it hasn't happen yet? It defies logic.

It’s not a little conspiracy theory...what you claim is BP or Supplements are purposely paying generics to keep the lawsuit live.

That really is a laughable conspiracy theory.

First, what has BP to gain by supporting the lawsuit? Nothing....BP is far more interested in branded Vascepa, otherwise they have zero interest, and they generally hate the Generics anyway.

Second, what would the Supplements have to gain....or maybe lose? The notion of the Generics winning is terrifying for them. With multiple generic entries, the market price would collapse - and worse, generic Vascepa would always be supported by insurance coverage, something the Supplements can never have. So the Supplements would have nothing to gain, and a lot to lose, by an IP defeat.
