Who knows about a settlement.

It's anyone's guess.

But I agree about the shorts. I can't imagine what benefit is offered.

Selling or buying shares makes sense. Selling shares that you don't have doesn't. At least in my mind.

IMO & and a little conspiracy theory...

This whole Generic litigation (lately) is just a big scheme to delay Amarin's ability to go forward. They'll go to trial even if they think they'll lose...because someone else (BP or Supplements) is paying the bill.

Gs are just the actors...

Besides...anything with Amarin always goes the hard route. So if you're expecting Settlement...you should probably expect the opposite.

I hope I'm wrong...in a bigly way...
