SNPW does not qualify for bond financing. They had to withdraw any claim to assets of medrecycler so medrecycler could qualify. SNPW will still however receive 51% of the profits from the project. Will probably be a while before the facility becomes profitable though.

Looks like it took about 1.5 months.

That would have put us at mid December. I'll give it a few more weeks to close just die to the holidays.
