When you see the Final posted like

this link, which is from the same bond group as SNPW's (Rhode Island Industrial Facilities Corporation RIIFC) then we really launch to the pennies! However, something "might" have gone wrong because the Final never got posted.

Does anyone have time during the day to call the RI Dept of Treasury to when the Final will get posted?

Here is an example of a Final from RIIFC in March 2019.
