Those were my exact thoughts yesterday when thinking about the effectiveness and exposure compared to the costs...if that Figure is anywhere in the ballpark it was not money well spent IMO....will it forever do harm to the company? Not IMO but there are far more effective means of BRANDING the Product and Selling the Product......I would have liked it if they plastered the Internet....I believe the average family spends over 4 hours a day on the internet vs like 3 hours watching t.v., dont quote me on that but im sure im not far off on that figure...

What better means to advertise than the internet...people would see the ads while they are surfing at the office, at home, etc...then they are just a click away from seeing the details and purchasing, and you can target your audience for your product...any confirmation on ads last night?

$2mil will not get you a primetime spot on a major network for any standard run.

Now remove either primetime or major network from that equation, then you would have yourself a deal.
