That still doesn't take away this has 3b O/S, for short term penny plays its good to take restricted into consideration I always do myself otherwise I would not have touched this turd if it wasnt for the restricted shares. 3B O/S is bloated for a stock that doesnt have any money.

Assuming it gets current CUBV real value is 150-250k, its market cap over a million dollars of its real value. Thats the standard down here but you have to look at it from negotiations perspective
