Meanwhile... 40% of the OS remains restricted and there has been No dilution whatsoever since the new verified transfer agent was installed back in September. Not bad for a trip stock.

Obviously, getting the company current is taking much longer than expected but I’m still betting it will happen sometime in the not so distant future. We shall see.

Once current, we will learn the new business direction.
