I did not infer, "...that nothing was happening". Obviously PM's posts highlight all the positive operations activity within FUNN the last several years. What I'd like to see after almost 3 years is that FUNN puts it's financial house in order and issues financials/audits on time. It's really not that difficult.

ROFLMAO FACT FY18 audit took 17 months to Complete

That's not speculation. The start of the auditing process should have started on 7/1/18. Instead, the FY18 audited financials were filed 11/17/19

That means it took FUNN 17 months to complete an audit.

That's HORRENDOUS
