Only concern for this writer is the bid whacking occurring this week with virtually no new buying...no way SP can rise in such a state. The fundamentals seem firmly on track and all this speculation about "who owns what" and "audit to take 6-12 months" and "they haven't even initiated it yet"...it is just that...negative or paranoid SPECULATION. Every bit of news in Dec. & Jan. has been POSITIVE and FORWARD LOOKING. But because SP is languishing, we get inferences that nothing is happening...NOT SO!
