Million dollar question we all want the answer. Every one here is Tired of the stalling

My gut feeling:

1) They are using a new company for 2019 audit. I just don't see a 3rd time being the charm with RBSM and I am sure Roger got an earful from investors about looking for a better firm (at least that was one of my suggestions to the company).

2) I expect the 2019 audit filing before end of March/early April if they are not using RBSM.

Again, it may seem overly optimistic, but regardless, I am committed for the long haul. Nobody twisted my arm to buy into the story here. I made that conscious decision on my own after doing my DD and I still see the potential despite the setbacks.

I could be totally wrong on my assumptions above, but I am still looking forward to a comeback year for FUNN. And I don't see the PPS going down into the $.02's as some are predicting.

Hi gang, question obviously there has been many posts regarding the 2019 audit, just curious if anyone has some realistic dates for this to happen ??

- are they using a new company for audit ? Or that still a mystery ?
- do we expect the audit done in the short term or we looking months down the road ?

I’m holding long so can wait as long as it takes just curious everyone’s thoughts for a timeline w the audit. Thx in advance.

I was curious about the audit as well, so I sent Ben an email suggesting he provide some honest and transparent info on the 2019 Audit to shareholders. This was his response:

"The 2018 audit was a massive trauma for AMFIL, and myself.

First we need to understand what happened and come up with a plan to avoid making same mistakes
Then we need to implement the solution, secure new audit firm, verify special accounting practices and make sure we have funds available before triggering the audit
It is our intention to have this audit completed by the year end, in June.

Once we figure out a clear plan, we will definitely present it to you guys
